Greg & Bethany Patterson were thanked by the Ravenna American Legion Post 297 with a fruit basket for their donation of leather identification tags for each of the Legion honor guard new M-1 Garand rifles. Local businesses donated $150 each for new stocks for the rifles. Sons of the Legion squadron and the Legion Auxiliary donated money for new slings. Greg & Bethany’s business, Green Roof Gallery, donated leather name tags for the slings that included names of the donors. The Ravenna Michigan American Legion Post has been welcoming VETERANS from all branches of our Armed Forces for many decades. Today, we continue to welcome all military personnel serving our country. We want to especially welcome and invite veterans and their families that have served in recent years. Joining our Post enables you to continue serving your God, Country and Community. Our mission is to implement the goals, aspirations, dreams, peace and blessings for our country, friends and families embodied in our preamble below.
